A UAE Employment Visa is required for foreign nationals who wish to live in the UAE for an extended period of time. In addition, if you want to work in the UAE, you must first obtain a work permit.

However, you must first find an employer ready to recruit you and begin the process of obtaining a UAE employment visa and work permit.

  • Your age must be at least 18 in order to be able to participate.
  • The company that hires you must have a valid license.
  • There must be no infractions in the company.
  • The work you conduct must be appropriate for the company that hired you.

Any foreigner above the age of 18 can work in the UAE as long as they meet the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation’s requirements (MoHRE).
